Why do many nurses tend to be extremely rude to other hospital workers?

the fact of the matter is they do get paid better than most other hospital employees that are not doctors, managers, presidents and that sort. i too have noticed how rude and inconsiderate most but not all nurses can be. i have worked in a hospital too and was treated badly, as most others are. most of the time i found that they also like to talk about their patients in cruel ways to their fellow nurses. i honestly feel that they act this way because of the stress of the job and also because they know that they can. nurses are in shortage now, and hospitals can't afford to lose them.

Okay. So I met this guy in February, and we hung out a LOT until abouttt... June. I mean, basically every weekend. We were basically dating, it was never spoken, but everyone knew we were "together" and we'd go on dates. We had in... May? I think? But it was, awkwardly enough, only one time. He then had to go to two summer trips in like, three weeks, and we lost a good bit of touch in June because of that. When he came back, we didn't speak very much. Then my ex and I decided to get back together. Well, now we're hanging out again (he's regained touch with me) and he's invited me to a frat formal in the next few weeks. When asked why it never worked out between us(I asked him in August), he said that he "didn't have enough time to commit to a serious relationship", but now, he seems damned well eager to try. Does he like me? Or am I fooling myself?

What is the name of the disorder for people who cut themselves?

It's just called self-mutilation or self-injurer. its not a disorder in itself, but more like a "symptom" of another mental disorder.

Is it possible to make varsity baseball as a sr after not playing hs ball before? i was the last one cut soph yr, after the coach couldnt decide to keep me or not. he seemed to like me but said the vars coach didnt think i could make vars over some1 else, but he said he liked me as a fielder. now, that coach is on vars, but i wasnt a manager when i could have been that yr because i said i wasnt home over the summer, & thus couldnt do a summer league, which he said you had to do (in his opinion) to make varsity. i didnt even try out last yr, but now i regret not having pursued it. im going up against the same people again (fresh & sophs form 2 yrs ago are jrs & srs now) so i would be on the border talent wise again. however all the srs know they are on & i would prob be the only sr trying out not already on. i havent even played in 2 yrs, but i have a little more strength now (so does every1 else), but is it worth trying out, cause theres also a lot of politics, & dont

Why are American girls (considered) crazy?

I've recently made friends with an African man. He is very polite and courteous in most instances, however, he has made it a habit to tell me American girls are crazy. I know we were raised in different cultures, so what I'm curious to know is what the main differences are between Zimbabwe's culture and American culture, as well as if any other cultures view American girls as crazy. I did pose this question to him, but he was either unable or unwilling to answer.
