I got the P0441 trouble code recently after my check engine light came on. What exactly is it?

It is a 2000 Hyundai Elantra GLS. Im not very car literate so please put it in lamens terms for me. Im curious if its something serious or not. The only info I have found thus far was something about gas caps not being properly fitted but I dont seem to have that problem.
