Where should i buy a condo?

miami- only because the other one is renovated and isnt an investment property. if u choose miami condo u will have a lower mnthly payment, take your time to repair it... your not in any rush. wait till economy is good and youd be suprised how much it would then be worth. sell it and u made a wise decision unless u dont mind living in condos forever.
