Why most of widows (residing permanently In Gokul & adjoining areas in Mathura) are from W Bengal only?

They are not only from West Bengal but from UP too. These poor ladies were thrown out of their house by their own kith and kin. They survive on the charity of temple trust. But the temple employees cheat the trust and only provide rejected food to them.
