Good place to find car insurance for someone about to get their liscense?

I have a learners permit and uninsured. I know that is risky, but.... I am trying to find insurance now and am just days away from getting my liscence. Most websites like Geico and AAA and Progressive won't give you a quote until you have a liscence. HELP PLEASE!!
