Australia, the most dangerous country in the world?

Maybe one or two people per decade get killed by spiders, snakes, sharks or jellies, those are pretty good odds in a country of 23 million population, the floods at present are something that happens maybe once a century, yes there were some deaths maybe about 20,nowhere near as bad as that tsunami in Asia a few years back that killed 200000,the worst earthquake we had was in 1989 killed something like 7 people, not that bad compared to some countries like the one in China about 3 years ago killed about 100000,the worst bushfires in 1983 killed about 70 people and the worst cyclone in 1974 also killed about 70,compare that to the 2000 killed in hurricane katrina in USA a few years ago it doesnt sound that bad, compared to what we see happening on the news in the rest of the world most of us feel pretty safe here.
