Do you believe the USA was founded as a Christian nation?

'Cause it wasn't. "One nation under God", "In God we Trust", "...endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights" - these are all phrases that DON'T appear in the US Constitution, which is the blueprint for how the US is intended to be run and the supreme law of this great land. In fact, the only mention of religion in the Constitution (besides the Bill of Rights, which states that both religion and a lack thereof are allowable) is a page which states that "no religious Test shall ever be required as a Qualification to any Office or public Trust under the United States". I'm just curious as to how many folks are brainwashed into thinking we are/were a Christian nation?
