Why don't Japan just completely take over Dokdo? say get a lot of Japanese people and "colonize" there.?

It should be resolved without the use of force. Really, do you want to fight agaist a crazy neighbour who seems to think a tree in your back yard is theirs because they think they were the first to look its sprout? Even thogh Japan is proposing bringing the dispute to the International Court of Justice to resolve the matter in an internationally acceptable measure, the Korean government does not agree handing the case to the judges for some reason. Since the consent of all related countries is necessary for a case to be considered litigable by the Court, at a moment we are letting Koreans do whatever absurdity they can come up with. it does not see any further developments other than Korea's concoctions of data and doents and retarded logic by gaijin losers who should study Japanese in order to collect proper data and to read Japan's arguments.
