If you have to pay servers $17/hr each to work your wedding, do you still tip them 20% of food bill?

Have it @ your hotel. They should give you some sort of discount or a better deal, right? I would not pay them the extra gratuity. This can really hike your bill up. Negotiate. If you feel they should get something extra. Agree to pay 5% or 10% something. Something is better than nothing.
