How much would this second hand smoke hurt me?

if i've live with a dirty smoker for four years, in a small two bedroom duplex, and this dirty smoker smokes two packs a day inside and doesn't leave any windows open, and i stay in my room with the door shut ALL the time, and i occasionally open my window to let in fresh air, how much could his smoke hurt me?
