How to get back my turtle .?

Ok so the other day I was playing frisbee with my turtle. But then it hit my neighbors window and smashed it. I got my turtle back with a minor fee so I played again. But I started aiming for cars and it hit a dodge challenger and broke it's window. I started running away before he could see me but now I'm lonely and want my turtle back how do I get it
