I have really bad teeth and i dont know what to do! any suggestions?

I want to get lumineers but its a bit pricey. i would have to save up my loan and grant money for like 2-3 semesters. Another option is getting all my teeth pulled out and being toothless for a month while it heals and then getting dentures. But i am only 20 (bad teeth runs in my family) and i don't want to have to take my teeth out every night to clean them...its embarring and i don't want to have my husband see me like that. please...any suggestions?? thank you!!!
