In Nov '03 I got a ticket for poss of paraphenalia(weed pipe). I didn't go to court. Do I have a warrant?

Obviously the charge was a misdemeanor, and I just had to go to court and pay a fine. Well, I skipped court and have never heard anything since? Do I still have an active warrant? Is there a statute of limitations? This is in Kentucky.
