Red Dots All Over My Legs?
So I have extremely fair skin, and I have these perpetual red dots ALL over my legs; most evident on my lower leg, but also somewhat evident on my upper leg as well. I will start by saying that I know they are not irritation bumps, nor ingrown hairs, nor petechiae. I've had all three, and these are something totally different. I have a few hundred of them on each leg probably, and they only occur at the area of the skin where hair grows out of the follicle. They do not itch, they do not rise out of the skin... They are just tiny pinpoint spots all over my legs. They seem to be most prevalent when the hair of my leg is growing back after shaving, and especially so when the hair is thicker, such as on my lower legs. Could my very fair skin have something to do with it? Thanks again!
